Join the 2nd Pioneer Test and defeat Zakum Normal.

Update

The MapleStory Universe test period has been geared up to continue until December 23 00:00 (UTC+0). During this period, players who level up a character to the 4th job advancement will be able to transfer that character to the main server upon the official launch. More information in this announcement post. Only users who have signed up using the YGG code and answered the survey from Nov 20-29 are eligible for this quest.

How to Join

1. Click here to join the 2nd Pioneer Test
2. Link your wallet on the MapleStory U 2nd Pioneer Test Page
3. Fill out the Registration Survey
4. Enter “YGG” as your Guild Identifier Code and click submit
5. Defeat Zakum Normal

Criteria

1. If you are directed to this campaign from one of our YGG Regional Partner communities KGeN, OLA, and W3GG, you can use the respective codes “KGeN”, “OLA”, “W3GG” as your Guild Identifier Code instead.
2. Ensure your wallet is connected to MapleStory Universe: The Genesis Web. If not, you'll need to link the wallet you plan to use for the 2nd Pioneer Test Wallet Linking Guide
3. Only one submission per wallet is allowed for the survey.
4. Rewards will be distributed to the wallet submitted through the survey. Double-check your wallet address before submitting, as you cannot change it later.
5. It takes 1-2 days of play on average to clear Zakum Normal, assuming a user plays 6-8 hours per day. It is highly encouraged that you play with your guildmates to clear this faster since one raid party can be 6 players max.
6. If six members of a raid party clear the boss together, all six members will be counted as having achieved the milestone, and everyone will get their respective rewards for this quest. Actively leverage in-game collaboration to maximize your progress.
7. You can access a play guide for your guild which will be shared on the YGG Discord to help you clear this quest.
8. Due to factors like item enhancements and EXP coupons, it may not be meaningful to make predictions on time/difficulty to complete the quest. Once the test begins, it will be beneficial to collect as many EXP coupons as possible to accelerate character growth, which will help in clearing bosses more efficiently. This implies that the demand for trading EXP coupons could increase once testing begins.
9. EXP coupons are tradeable on the marketplace, and once the test starts, they will be dropped daily into the registered users’ wallets.

11. After completing this quest, don’t forget to submit your quest completion form on this quest page.
12. The 2nd Pioneer Test will run from November 20, 2024 5:00 UTC until December 23, 2024 0:00 UTC.
13. Appeals for proof of completion will be accepted until January 31, 2025
