YGG Savior is awarded to the users who have the discord role “Ticket Support” at the end of the season.

How to Join

1. To apply for this quest, you must have the YGG Royal Guard achievement badge from the previous season of GAP and have the role “YGG Royal Guard” on the YGG Discord.
2. As a YGG Savior or Ticket Support role, you play a major role in getting users that have unique issues that need special attention from the team to get reported and resolved.

Criteria

1. If you have the YGG Royal Guard achievement badge from the previous season of GAP and the role on Discord, you can apply for the YGG Savior role using the exclusive form on the “YGG Royal Guard” Discord channel.
2. Once approved, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
   1. Answering support tickets in a timely manner with a friendly and professional tone of voice to get information needed to handle the ticket properly
   2. Reporting the issue using the support ticket form
   3. Actively checking in on the ticket to ensure the ticket gets resolved
   4. Pinging Corpscity or Giyu once the ticket needs to be closed
3. At the end of YGG GAP Season 8, the Quest Admin will check and review your activity, and you will receive the achievement if you have successfully fulfilled all your responsibilities.
4. Appeals for proof of completion will be accepted until January 31, 2025
